Aquametix filter blocks are designed to be used only with microbiologically safe and adequately disinfected water supplies as it is not designed to kill or remove bacteria or viruses. All test data is 3rd party validated but performance of the filter may be altered by the housing, or the source waters organic content, turbidity, pH or other conditions encountered in actual use. Filters are designed to fit most standard and full-flow housings and should be flushed a minimum of 10 minutes prior to use; preferably with warm water. All performance claims presented here are based of data believed to be reliable but not to be considered a warranty of performance.
